CORE.

The definition of conglomerate in Geology is a rock consisting of pebbles, or the like, embedded in a finer cementing material of gathered clusters and parts. This represents our structure seamlessly due to the fact that we are one body represented by the rock, but also many different components, represented as the smaller pebbles. Between our Association which has various initiatives, and our outreach which has various small groups, we are one, unmovable, unshakable, rock; built on the foundation of Jesus Christ, his Disciples, and the Holy Trinity.

THE WHY

SINCE CHRIST THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANOTHER DECREE TO CONSTRUCT MASSIVE TEMPLES OR PLACES OF WORSHIP. CHRIST TOLD US THAT OUR BODIES ARE THE TEMPLES. NO LONGER WAS THERE A NEED TO HAVE A CONSTRUCTED DWELLING PLACE FOR GOD, THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT WE ARE THE DWELLING PLACES. CHRIST TOLD US THAT THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS WITHIN US, IF WE ABIDE IN HIM. YET, THE GENERAL MODEL OF DISCIPLESHIP WE SEE IS AN OLD TESTAMENT MODEL WHEREIN THERE IS ONE PASTOR ATTEMPTING TO FULFILL THE VARIOUS ROLES WITH THE HELP OF OTHER MEMBERS. THE ISSUE IS THE WAY OUR ROLES ARE TO BE ORDERED IN THE NEW TESTAMENT LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. SCRIPTURE SHOWS US THAT BY ESTABLISHING VARIOUS LEADERSHIP ROLES AMONGST ANY GIVEN COLLECTIVE GROUP OF BELIEVERS, EFFECTIVE BUILDING OF THE BODY IS CARRIED OUT. ONE PERSON CANNOT FULFILL THE VARIOUS ROLES, AND WITH ANY ONE ROLE UNDEVELOPED IN ANY OUTREACH, THE MEMBERS WILL SUFFER SEVERE LACK.
